When will my order get to me?
We get it – you’re excited for your order to arrive! We process all orders within 2–4 business days (business days mean no weekends or holidays). After that, we ship with USPS, and your package will usually arrive in 2–10 business days, depending on where you are and which shipping method you picked.
While we do our best to keep things on track, sometimes the mail has its own agenda – weather, holidays, or a postal snafu can cause delays. We promise we’re just as excited for your goodies to get to you as you are! Thanks for your patience.
If you’re in a rush and need your goodies by a specific date, just reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll do our best to make it happen!
My stationery order says it was delivered but I can't find it?
This can happen sometimes with stamped labels, which are batch tracked. While the tracking may say "delivered," it could just mean your order has reached your city or state and hasn’t yet made it to your mailbox or mailroom. Your order will arrive in a 5 x 7 brown or 6 x 9 white envelope, so it should fit in your mailbox (hopefully that’s where it’ll end up!).
To avoid sending out a replacement before the first one arrives, we kindly ask that you wait 3 days after the tracking says it’s been delivered, as the package could still be in transit. If it hasn't arrived after that, please let us know, and we’ll figure out the next steps. USPS can be unpredictable, so we appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through it!
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We hope you’re in love with your new Bloomin’ Loon goodies, but if something's not quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day return policy. You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return, no sweat! Click HERE to get the full details on how to return or exchange your item.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. When it ships, you’ll also get a tracking link. If you selected stamped mail as your shipping option, though, it’s unfortunately not trackable, but it will get to you within 2-10 days! 📦
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Maybe! If you need to make any changes or cancel, reach out ASAP at bloominloon@gmail.com or via chat, and I’ll do my best to make it happen before it ships. Once it’s on its way, though, I can’t make changes—so be quick! 😅

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and are interested in international shipping, just reach out to us at bloominloon@gmail.com, and we'll chat about options and rates! We’d love to work something out with you!
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time, but if you’d like to add a special touch to your order, just type your personalized note in the “notes” section during checkout! I’ll do my best to get it printed and tucked inside your package, so it’s ready to wow the lucky recipient!
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
Not all of them, but we try our best! The clothing and any fabric-based goodies at Bloomin' Loon Co. are upcycled from vintage or secondhand sheets, pillowcases, and clothing. I love giving old things new life and keeping them out of the landfill. 🌱
How do I care for my fabric-based products?
For the sweatshirts/t-shirts, check the label on the inside, but I always recommend washing in cold water (unless there’s a big stain!) and air drying. This keeps everything in tip-top shape for longer! For embroidered items, flip them inside out before washing to protect that beautiful stitch work. 🌸
Do you offer custom designs or orders?
I’m working on growing the custom side of things! Right now, the only items I offer some customization on are the decals. I wish I could do more, but I’m still a one-woman show with limited bandwidth. 😅 That said, if you’ve got a custom request, reach out! I can’t promise a yes, but I promise I’ll listen. (And it’s never personal if I have to say no!)
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, I do! Keep an eye on the listings, or better yet, check out our Instagram or TikTok (@bloominloonco) for any deals. Sales usually pop up in the spring or fall, but it depends on inventory and how much I’m feeling the sale spirit. 🛍️ As a small shop, I try to keep sales fun and cost-effective!
