Hey there, loon lover! We hope you adore your new treasures, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the day your goodies arrive to request a return.
How to Return Your Item
To be eligible for a return, here’s what we need:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Don’t forget the receipt or proof of purchase (a photo or email works great!).
- Reach out via the contact form on bloominloonco.com with your details. Under "Contact" find the option that reads "contact".
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with a $4.30 return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

⚠️ Heads up: If items are sent back to us without requesting a return first, we won’t be able to accept them—so be sure to reach out!
Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the item you love and send the original one back for a refund. We’ll even cover the return shipping for exchanges, so you can swap hassle-free!
Damaged or Defective Items
Oh no! If something arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please let us know right away. Shoot us an email with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
Non-Returnable Items
There are a few things we can’t take back, including:
- Digital products
- Custom or personalized items (like special orders)
- Sale or “Oopsie” items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure about an item, send us a quick email, and we’ll happily help.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
